The Property Managers team focuses primarily on effective management. Our task is to take care of the quality of the properties entrusted to us. We minimize the operating costs of buildings, care for sustainable development, implement new solutions and strategies, deal with technical maintenance and regular reviews and inspections. We adapt our solutions to the needs of various tenants, including both international corporations and local companies.

Project Management
The Project Management team is focused on achieving a common goal - effectively implementing a given project.
Our scope of activity covers the entire development and investment process - from analyzing before purchasing land to management services at every investment stage. We work on office, hotel, and residential buildings, mainly handling "fit-out" processes.

Leasing Management
We tailor the leasing strategy and pricing policy to individual needs, coordinating the activities of external real estate agencies responsible for the commercialization and re-commercialization of space in our buildings.

Architectual Design
We combine functionality, comfort and aesthetics, adapting to the requirements of tenants and investors. Our projects include architectural designs of office and service buildings, apartments and hotels, as well as interior designs.
